First month is in the books!
Weight Loss: 0 lbs.
Inches Lost: 2.25 total
-Unlike other programs which split workouts into easy workouts in month 1 and hard workouts in month 2/3, TurboFire rotates all of the workouts from the get go. Some days are longer then others, but none last more than an hour total.
-Good Nutrition is KEY! I was closely following the diet plan for the first week and a half, then was kind of half following it. I think this is the reason I didn't see any significant weight loss after the first week and actually gained back what I lost from the first week. But my inches lost shows that it's doing something.
-The choreography is a little difficult to keep up with in the beginning if you have never done this type of workout, but it gets easier! Stick with it!
So that's it for now. Now I will have to take what I've learned from month 1 and apply it and push harder and dig deeper for month 2. BRING IT!
