Thanks to all of you who strongly suggested I see a doctor about my fatigue. I ended up teaching two yoga classes today and did arm strengthening exercises and all I could think about was trying to get a nap in. There's laundry that needs to be changed from washer to dryer and dryer stuff to folded and there is no way it is happening today. Tomorrow I have 6:30 AM yoga and then our cat who is losing weight goes to the vet at 1:30. Then I am going to journal about a Reiki treatment I had last week. I hope I can actually get all that done and still remember to call make an appointment for a physical to make sure all systems are functioning the way they should.
