emoticonYesterday I was not wanting to weigh in today. I thought I had gained about 5 pounds. Well I stayed the same which is good ! I can take this slow! I think logging my food is helping a lot. I can see lots of things I need to change and logging my food helps me more than anything. also logging my exercise. SP for support and I can be a loser. emoticon
