Marching Forward

I am still nursing my knee a bit. I have decided to give it a rest until September and then I will re-start C25K. I am so excited for the fall and all it will bring!
In the meantime I am walking at least an hour/day, swimming 5 mornings/week, and I am going to start biking this week.
I am loving having the time for fitness!
