July Goals Progress--Week 3

Here were my monthly goals for July:
1) 250 exercise minutes per week, starting 07/04/10 -07/10/10.
2) At least one bike ride per week ( I haven't gotten on my bike in over a year, but I'm inspired by one of my Sparkfriends, who is a biking phenomenon).
3) Continue with stress-reducing techniques, to avoid stress eating.
4) Keep my desktop neat and tidy.
On Monday, I wasn't feeling very well. I went to work on Tuesday, but my throat was sore. Skipped the gym Tuesday night, and when I woke up on Wednesday, I felt like I got hit by a truck. I decided to skip the exercise for a few days to let my body recuperate, so Goal #1 was not met.
Goal #2 was met--earlier in the week, I used my stationery bike. It's a substitute, but it worked.
Goal #3....Hmmm, well I was concentrating on my breath....mostly because I was completely congested. I'm gonna say yes on that one, too.
Goal #4 --My desktop is still clean. I even did a little impromptu painting yesterday.
All in all, not so bad considering the miserable summer cold/flu/whatever it was.
