It's the weekend, and I hope everyone has a great one and a great week as well! One thing I would like to accomplish this coming week is to exercise at least two days this week (besides my daily exercise at work). I haven't had time to exercise for the sake of exercising for awhile, and I hope to be more active starting this week. I do run around carrying things and putting things away at work for at least 7 hours a day, but it doesn't feel like exercise. So this week I want to take a walk, ride a bike, play tennis, or something like that that will make me feel good about myself for being active.
