Has anyone else heard of the Hundred Pushups Program? I hadn't until about 2 days ago. Its actually quite similar to C25k in its structure. Its a 6 week training program where you gradually increase the number of pushups you do at one time. You train 3 times a week and do the pushups in sets, breaking between. At this point I cannot even do a single pushup, let alone 100! But still, I am intrigued. I'm considering giving it a try but with the "modified" push up that I can currently do. Its not the real deal, but its a start. Perhaps once I get to 100 modified push ups I will be ready to move on to the normal ones? Who knows. But its worth a try!
