week two of doing this for real

ok, the first week was easy because i was so energized to beat the high blood pressure and lose weight.
now, on my second week, i can feel the energy start to lag.
the doctor said i had to exercise 30 minutes a day, every day, and reduce my calorie intake. that is really hard. i have to work my entire life around eating and exercise, and i'm a little tired of it.
but i have to keep doing this. the first week was a success, and i don't want to lose that momentum.
i just have to press through another couple weeks, and then this will be a habit instead of a major amount of work. at least, that's what i'm telling myself.
i'm sure it will get easier in another few weeks.
