I did 4 miles everyday this week I feel great. Eating better meals making great choices. decided to stop eating so much restaurant food. looking forward to a great reward in the end, better health. emoticon

    Congratulations! That's great news. Make sure you track it in the fitness tracker. I do then then look at my cardio report in the reports section. It tells me my weekly minutes, or calories burned. The next week I try and beat it by one minute and one calorie. Its lots of fun.
