Trying SO hard. Need to lose 10 more lbs. for that lovely wedding gown. Had to buy the sample as I was a little late choosing it, and it's a 14. Been kinda depressed lately, my aunt keeps pressuring me to lose that 10, and it makes me want to work out even less.

Finally got back on it today. Kinda had a half-ass workout on Weds., the only other time I worked out this week, so I really stepped it up today. Really proud of the run I just did:

Four min. intervals at 4 mph on an incline of 2 is NOT easy. Really surprised myself. Hit the bike for 15 min. after to meet my min. daily cal. burn. Glad it's over with. Going to try to get a full 5 days of working out next week. Probably some more Biggest Loser Boot Camp DVD as part of it, that's a great workout.

I know I don't spend much time here, but I could really use some love right now. NOT tough love please, it only makes me cry. Be gentle with me. ;)

    You are doing great Sarah. Remember how far you've come. Now, visualize yourself standing up on your wedding day, next to your partner for life, Simon. If that ain't some good motivation to keep on moving, I don't know what is!!

    You can do it! Don't let pressure from someone else affect how you feel. Remember, its all about you! And that workout sounds great, too.

    You are doing a great job! Keep up the good work and the results will come in. If you stress too much you will only end up derailing your progress. Don't listen to anybody else bur yourself.

    Plus, good grief, you've lost 30 lbs!!!! That is so much weight! Get yourself 30 cans of veggies and bag them up, then lift the bags all at once a few times. You have lost THAT MUCH!! You deserve a MEDAL for what you've done so far. And it's only gonna get better and better! And It doesn't matter what you did yesterday--if you went over your calories or didn't exercise, TODAY you can do what needs to be done for YOU!

    Plus, looks are important but JEEZ, you are
    1. watching what you eat
    2. your staying hydrated
    3. getting loads of fruits and veggies
    4. keeping your body in motion enough to heal years of lethargy
    5. you are taking the best possible care of yourself inside and out

    Aunty needs to GIVE IT A REST already. I bet she isn't taking as good care of herself as you are of yourself!!!

    You will lose the weight when you lose it and in the meantime you are doing EXACTLY what you need to do, for YOU, not for a one day event!

    *smiles* I don't do so well with the tough love either!! :)

    I will say that I'm impressed with the working out that you did do! You've motivated me to get on my elliptical... yes, I know I really need to!
