i'm starting a new chapter. i'm not setting goals that i know i will not stick with. the goals i give myself are going to be small, like baby steps. something i can handle and won't make me stress over, which is why i end up not sticking with it.
so for now, i'm just going to stick with 10 min of exercise a day. lets see if i can stick with this for 1 week.
i will post again a week from no to document my progress for my first weeks goal. i will also keep track with the 10 Min A Day Challenge group.
