Week two done

Well there goes week two in my journey towards my new goal...
This past week I have continued to stick to my calorie range and have exercised 5 mornings this week. It should have been 6 mornings but I managed to catch the kids' chest infection so I had this morning off from bouncing around the lounge room.
This week I am happy to say I have had another loss on the scales.
Wk 1 - 9th July - 82.5 kilo
Wk 2 - 16th July - 81.8 kilo
Wk 3 - 23rd July - 80.5 kilo
That is a loss of 1.3 kilo for the week which is much better than I had hoped for so I guess I must be doing something right.
Oh, thought I would share .... My chin up bar arrived yesterday so now there is absolutely no excuse not to start P90X in two months.
