I believe this blogging daily helps me to be more accountable for my performance and choices.
Today, I did well on nutrition - stayed in my calorie range and kept the sodium low and raised the fiber and potassium.
Fitness - completed 30 min on the elliptical and 30 minutes of the SparkPeople Cardio DVD.
Feeling pretty good about today.
