Starting Body for Life

I am going to do the Body for Life Challenge. I will lose 25 pounds of body fat in the next 12 weeks. My current body fat percentage is 26.5%. I am going to take that number down to 16.5%. I have a lean mass of 125 lbs. I will maintain my lean mass, while only losing body fat. I will do this with good nutrition, and exercise. I will continue to limit my sugar intake, to only fruit sugars during the week, with a free day on Friday. I will post some before photos to help me stay motivated.
