Things have been going well with the Independence challenge, I have been drinking at least 100 oz of water a day, Eating more fruits and veggies, and i have been exercising at least 4 times a week sometimes more and have been staying with in my calories. The only think I have slipped up is drinking soda. I had 3 sodas but I am am not beating my self up about it. I have lost 2 pounds so far and my goal is to loose 5 which means I need to loose 3 more pounds by the time this challenge is over which is totally do able if I keep sticking to my plan.
I have also joined another challenge Trick or treat and my goal for this challenge is to loose at least 20 pounds by Halloween. I am planning on posting a blog at least once a week to keep me accountable.
