Gained 4 lbs

I'm soo upset!! I gained 4 lbs!!!! I haven't been working out like I used to do and I have been eating out more than usual. My vacation starts next Tuesday and I was hoping to lose an additional 4 lbs and instead I gained 4 lbs!!! Ugh!!! I'm so disgusted with myself! My goal on vacation will be to maintain my 32 lbs weight loss!!! I though that I was tracking correctly, but, obvious I'm doing something wrong.

    Okay, you realize where you've gotten off track with the eating out (can relate)and skipping the workouts. What are you going to do to move forward? Start packing meals for work, have healthy snacks in plain view, and whenever possible get up and MOVE. If you can't get to the gym why not do some jump jacks, go for a walk, challenge yourself with some push ups, lunges, squats, crunches. Climb some stairs up and down a few times. Look for ways to be creative and get that movement in.

    Keep tracking, stay consistent with portions, water, and moving. Enjoy the upcoming vacation just don't become lacking in your healthy habits to maintain the weight loss.

    You are not the number on the scale! You are a wonderful person and spark friend who has the courage and determination to live a healthy lifestyle and go after her goals. Remember to enjoy the little things that surround you and not over stress. Make those morning workouts fun and if you have to break them up into smaller workouts that go throughout your day.

    Just move forward and find something to smile about each day. emoticon emoticon

    Your weight is important, but it is not all that you are. Remember all the other things that make you the unique, wonderful person you are. Your weight will take care of itself, but berating yourself will not help.

    Just get back on track and go forward. You know where you slipped up, those things happen. Have a nice vacation, try to maintain your good eating habits, try to move as much as you can, Don't stress , enjoy, relax. emoticon emoticon emoticon
