I am having trouble coming up with reward ideas. I want to reward myself for sticking to this on a weekly basis. I thought about buying clothes, but I am currently between sizes and that can be really frustrating. It feels good when my current size is too big, but then I can't quite get into the next size down.

It doesn't have to be anything big, just something that reminds me I am succeeding. Something to motivate me to keep going.

I have no problem coming up with big rewards for bigger goals. I am going to treat myself to a spa day once I lose 25 pounds.

Rewards are hard. I would guess it depends on the person. After a year of trying to figure what works for me...I found my reward to be ONE Dove dark chocolate every night. I know it's crazy...and people always say not to use food as a reward, but it works for me. If I've stayed within my calorie range for the day (included the one Dove) I reward myself and it's so rich that one is all I need. Plus, it's dark chocolate which isn't all that bad for you. Then at the end of the week, if I stay within my calorie range AND fitness minutes, I usually give myself a larger treat - from buying something small that I would like to have (but don't need) to eating something that I don't consider part of my diet (like an ice cream sundae or pizza). emoticon emoticon
