Tuesday was a good day. I exercised 30 minutes on the elyptical machine and ran/walked 2 miles in 30 minutes. The nutrition was good too. I stayed within my calorie range watching the carbs, protein, fat, and calories - particularly watching the potassium and sodium.
We had a social event at a restaurant last night and I had a taco salad with grilled chicken, no sour cream, yes to the guacamole, and only 5 tortilla chips. No alcohol, just water.
I also wrote out my goals and put them on the refrigerator to be reminded daily of where I want to be in 6 weeks. I figure 6 weeks is a good amount since it works out for the challenge group activity that I am a member.
I feel good about Tuesday.
