Admitting the failures of the weekend

Eating was so unhealthy this weekend, hence no blogs/posts of any kind. Saturday was scrapbook day and it was pizza, breaded baked shrimp, popcorn chicken , caesar salad, berry custard pie, veggie tray and fresh pineapple.

Sunday I got up had leftovers and was planning on going back on plan. then my grandmother unexpectedly called and wanted us to come over for dinner. It was baked chicken (with the skin - who can peel the skin off wing dings), potato salad, greens, mac & cheese, cake & ice cream.

So after all that the scale was up 6 lbs. Yesterday was boot camp and a short
30 minute bike ride ( I was going with a friend who hasn't rode a bike in at
least a decade). So now the scale is still up 3.5 lbs from this weekend. Yep
wrong direction I know. It's all my eating, which hasn't been consistent - leaving me in the same 5 lb range for like ever (3+ months).

Work is crazy this week so I'm not sure I'll get in workouts at lunch. it's
raining so no biking. We will see if any other workout happens (I wouldn't bet
on it).

I'm going to check out some supplements . Hopefully I can order
some on Payday. I need to do something semi-drastic.

Eating today was ehh. We will see what tomorrow brings.

    Don't feel too bad- my backslide lasted a week! Onward!

    I did really well today- even got in a four mile + walk- 80 degrees & a bit humid- was sweating like nobody's business!
