I have decided to use my blog as a nutrition and fitness journal.
So here goes...
I really focused on the nutrition and fitness today. I began my day with working out with my personal trainer for 60 minutes. I then did 30 min. of strength training when I got home.
My nutrition was very good for the day. My fat intake was dramatically down, potassium intake was up, and the protein and carb intake was very good.
I feel good about Monday.
