July Goals Progress--Week 2

An update on my monthly goals.
1) 250 exercise minutes per week, starting 07/04/10 -07/10/10.
This week I hit well over 300 minutes. Check!
2) At least one bike ride per week.
This was not easy. For the last couple of weeks, it has been either extremely hot or rainy out. I compromised on this one by hitting the exercise bike inside. Sort-0f Check.
3) Continue with stress-reducing techniques, to avoid stress eating.
I have knitted, crocheted, meditated, exercised and did yoga. Check!
4) Keep my desktop neat and tidy. Still clean. Inspired me to finish a few projects that I've been working on. I even organized and consolidated my tool chest. Check!
I still need to work on the bike goal. I have to get over the whole "I'm worried that I look too fat on my bike" thing. And that the last time I rode my bike (a year ago), a sketchy guy in a car slowed down next to me. I wasn't sure of his intentions, but when he saw a car coming in the opposite direction, he sped off. Scared the heck out of me. I will overcome my fear.
