Day 8 Tracking Every Bite

It's 8:45 pm and I'm a little under the top of my calorie range for the day. I had a good workout today with weights for 30 minutes and elliptical for 45 minutes. That included some tough 1 minute intervals. Very satisfied with that today.

Yesterday I went over my range a little with the birthday party for my grandson, so i am now on track again.

Today I joined the 10 days without weighing myself challenge. I need to do this. I had been trying to do this and managed 5 days without the scale, and then I just HAD to look. My goal was originally to get to the end of July without weighting. Now I am recommitting to this for 10 days and hope to make it to the end of July. No peeking for me.

I will trust the process and follow the program. The laws of physics will not let me down. Move more, eat fewer calorie = pounds off.
