DAY 1; chest andback and abs
chest and back : this was the least favorite dvd of the week .i not that big on pullups and pushups. this dvd has lot of both of them. emoticon i don't have the pull up bar but i have resistance bands. i don't have anything to hang it from so i will have to get pullup bar soon. i was sore the next day.loved the abs 16 min couldn't do all the reps.

day 2 ; Plyomentrics : it was the explosive jumps and lot of moveing around . this was my favorite dvd of the week and i was sore in the thighs the next day. i was sweating tons and tons emoticon

day3 shoulder and arms and ab ripper i like this dvd but i need heavier weights. abs was harder today because my thighs were really hurting.

day 4 : yoga i not that big on yoga as much as cardio and weights but i enjoyed it . it is very long at 1hour and 30mins.the stretching felt really good for the4 day.

day 5: legs and back and abs : legs and back were good exercises with more pullups.
abs went better this day.

day 6: kenpo : it was kickboxing and was really fun but i didn't have much engery because of headache i had all night.this was my second favorite dvd of the week.

day 7 :stretch it felt good after the 6 days but i not used to stretching that much.not will have to be something i get use too. emoticon

goal :do all the workouts and track food and no eating after 7 pm this week
