Day 7 Tracking all Food

I made it. One whole week. Tracked everything.
Little problem today: I went over my calorie range by about 200, due to the birthday party for my grandson. I had some wine and a few chips, and a beer. (But no cake! )
Two more weeks to the end of my 3 week tracking contract with myself. I think I have lost weight, as my clothes feel a little looser. Could it be? After only a week?
Tomorrow I will be more careful to stay in range.
