The Hell With the Number on the Scale

Okay, so I still do care about it, but...
Since I began on Spark People after Passover back in late March I can claim...
* Increased muscle definition
* Increased energy
* Much more in tune with my body and what it needs
* Less frequency of binging and a faster bounce back and recovery
* Can do 15 "real" pushups!!!
* Can bike commute in hilly Jerusalem no problem
* Clothes fitting a bit better
* Overall happier and healthier
* Okay, and I did lose 5 pounds, and they're staying off!
