NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

Well well,
here I am again.......only 4 days before my 46th Birthday........this year was supposed to be MY year to lose it all and be fit........BUT I have noone else to blame but myself........BUT I won't sit here & pitty the fool - I AM GOING TO GET THIS WEIGHT OFF!!!

I blame the daily grind, the worrying about this & that, the stress of our sons deployment for all this weight gain & laziness........BUT - IT IS ME & ONLY ME, THAT HAS TO & WILL TAKE CONTROL OF MY LIFE & THIS JOURNEY!!!!!! NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!1

I AM DONE BEING THE FAT GIRL - ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!!!!!

I am NOT setting myself up for failure, therefor I will NOT set a big goal......MY GOAL FOR NOW IS: EATING HEALTHIER & EXERCISING MORE & STAYING POSITIVE!!!!!!!!

THANKS to the support of my wonderful husband & children and to all my great SP friends - I KNOW I CAN & WILL SUCCEED!!!!
