Week 2 Summary

I'm calling it a good week though not without challenges. It's been frustrating with the baking spree around here lately, banana bread, choco chip cookies etc but if I am struggling with the food I am at least moving more.

Monday turbo jams, tuesday was insanity (omg hard) wed/thur off, friday turbo jams, Saturdaybrisk walk with the hubby around the neighborhood and sunday walk around the park with Meriam. Good stuff there! I noticed the brisk walk was easier than it was last month, not as out of breath and struggling to keep up with the mister WOOT!
Official weigh in is tomorrow and I don't think I've lost any weight since the initial 2 lbs but so far fighting off the discouragement
