I was, hopefully, I'm found

I've fallen WAY off the wagon.

I've put on more than 40 of the pounds I worked so hard to lose. My blood pressure is up. I'm lethargic. I can't walk and talk at the same time. My back hurts again. My feet hurt again. I don't sleep well. I'm near depression again.

I'm scared beyond belief. I can't believe I let myself fall into this pit once again.

Well, I can't feel sorry for myself. I can't do anything but put my head down and push forward.

I am back up to 246...after being as low as 203.

I don't want to belabor this...I just want to do something about it.

So, I'm signing back on to Spark after being gone for months and months.

I'm signing back on for the headaches and grumbling stomach of those first two weeks where your body is adjusting to the change.

But I'm also signing back on for hope and a chance at feeling great about myself and feeling great physically.

emoticon Welcome back! I feel your pain and frustration.
Dipping below the 200 mark is always tough for me. It is a mental block, I think.
The good news is that you can do this! We can all work on this together.

Welcome back! I find it takes even more courage to come back than to start for the first time. You've taken the first step towards goal. You've made a decision. emoticon

Welcome back! I know how leaving and coming back feels. I had joined the end of 2008 only to get pregnant and think that I didn't need SP because I wasn't trying to lose weight anymore. Now my baby is 10 months old and I need some structure to get back to losing again.

I've also slipped up the past 3 weeks after losing 10 lb. in 7 weeks. Darn it! Let's keep encouraging one another!

I fell of the wagon recently too and ended up gaining some instead of losing the last bit I wanted to before summer. But I'm back on the wagon on week 2 and so glad to see you back!! My big problem was knowing that I had been able to lose before and telling myself I had plenty of time and could start tomorrow, only tomorrow got postponed till the next day and the next and before I knew it I had gained 10 pounds. ugh! But every day that I can stay on track gives me more motivation for the next day. Stay strong!!

Welcome Back. I too have fallen off the wagon. I lost about 10 kgs, gained 7 and have been struggling to get myself properly motivated again.
The moral: You are not alone.
The good news is we've done it once, we can do it again.
If you need help or just a cheer up I'm here for you.

I can so relate to your story about losing then gaining. I haven't been a member that long. Learning my way around, then lightning got my computer. Thanks for posting. I really feel there's hope for me.
