    I don't wake up early on the weekends for workouts, but I do still schedule them so I don't end up making excuses later.

    oh...there refresh the page a bunch o times and bingo!!! Great job...u inspired me to get up early on Friday and run...all i have to say is was nice to get it over with, that's for sure! what do you do on weekends? early?

    For some reason I can't view the video blogs, but I love your idea of video taping your workouts to see if you "bring it" or not! I know there are times during the mini breaks I am just standing around or toweling off, drinking water, etc. I'm not doing any ballistic or static stretching at all. I almost caught myself going to sit down!! Yikes. Keep up the good work though. And I'm jealous you two not only met Tony but took pics too! Grrrrrr... :) emoticon
