Day 6 Tracking Every Bite on Spark

Still within my calorie range. I have about 100 calories to play with to reach the top end of my calorie range. I have been keeping to my goal to track daily and keep within my range.

It's been a long week. I'm usually hungry. Oh, well, I guess I can't easily trick my body. It knows there is a calorie deficit. Well, get used to it, body. You may as well stop trying too tempt me. JUST AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN. emoticon
