To track or not to track

To track or not to track that is a question I have been asking myself for about the last month. I have found myself being too lazy to log on an track my food and especially my fitness here on SP. Don't get me wrong I am still keeping track of my carbs an calories like the dietician wants me to. I am also exercising on a daily basis. I just have not been tracking any of it.
Today, I looked over to see to see how many fitness minutes I had for this month. I was appalled to find that I had only logged 5 minutes in for the whole month. Pretty sad right! Went over to check my nutrition reports for the past week. Well I will let your imagination take hold. I don't know why I am afraid to track either food or exercise. I do know that this trend has been put to a stop as of today.
The reason for this I remember how good I feel when I look at a day's worth of carbs and calories that have fallen in place like they should. When my exercise program is right on target or I push for just a little extra ummph in my exercise. These are the things I have been missing for the past month to motivate me.
If there are any of you who don't track on a regular basis maybe this will encourage you to do so.
