End of week 1...

Day 5 of exercise... I am determined to work out 5 days a week at least. I missed Monday so had to add Saturday to make sure I got them all in. I would like a couple days off :) I work out from 5-6am with a friend. She was there today and we went a little longer just talking and ending our walk on the treadmill...

This morning I woke up at 4:25 (w/out alarm). Felt okay. It's the first 15 min. that are toughest, but the feeling I have afterwards is amazing.

On Monday I will go in with a plan to add to the exercise and do something very focused when I am doing the strength section of the morning. Not sure what yet, but will spend some time tomorrow making a plan. That is what will lead to success- a plan :)
