trainer challenge

During my workout session with my trainer on Thursday, she told me about a challenge she is doing with her clients. she gave me a chart which had my measurements and weight on it. it also had goals that she wants me to meet by 9/1/10. if i meet or exceed in these goals she will give me 2 free sessions with her. i am really excited about it and hope to achieve them. here are the goals:

i have 6 weeks..... let the games begin!!!!!!!!!!
