Week one towards my new goal.

Friday, July 16, 2010

So, today is one week done, since I decided to make a new goal of 12 kilos lost by 31 December 2010.

In short this is how my week went. I started by buying a small note book to carry in my bag with my weight and measurements in it. I am also jotting down all the things I am happy with and those I think I could do better at. There are also some motivational quotes written in for good measure.

My staring weight was 82.5kilo

Today it is 81.8 kilo

That's a loss of 700 grams and since I need to lose 500 grams a week to make it to my goal i am very happy.

This week I have stayed within my calories by recording everything I plan to eat the night before.

I have also managed to exercise every morning before work and one afternoon. I have decided to mix up my exercise quite a bit, so I am doing a combination of CLX, Tae Bo, Butt and thigh Blaster, Zumba, Turbo Jam and step aerobics. (to use another spark members words... my thighs feel like they are going to burst into flames)

I have also made another goal to start doing P90x in 2 months. I am hoping I will be fit enough to give it a really good go. I imagine it is going to be really challenging but I bought it some time back now and I am determined to do it! I have ordered my chin up bar and it should arrive soon so I can't use not having one as an excuse.

Well, that's about it for this week but I will do an update next week and hopefully I will have another weight loss to post.

Hope you all have a fabulous weekend.
