Day 4 Track all Food on Spark

Here it is, almost 9 PM. so far so good: still in my calorie range. I am not going to weigh myself until the last day in July. The scale can be deceiving, and for me the very early loss is mostly water weight.
I measured my waist today, and it was an inch down. The tape measure will be my only gauge of my progress until the end of July.
I guess those handfuls of pecans I put into my oatmeal daily really contained a lot more calories than I thought. Now I resist eating because I have reached the end of my calorie range and don't want to go over.

Sunday is my grandson's birthday, and we are invited over for a party. I am bringing some veggies, and my low calorie cheesecake. Don't want to be a party-pooper, but I am determined to stay within my range.
