Has anyone else noticed....

if the heat of summer makes your body retain more water? I know I drink alot of water every day (around 200 oz is on the low end of my water intake), but it seems to me like I retain alot more water now that the temperature is regularly in the 90s. Does anyone else have this experience?

I haven't noticed the heat causing my water retention. My meds were causing it. . . and that bag of chips didn't help. whew , and I thought I was drinking a lot of water - (6 bottles - 20 oz. bottles a day)

You're not having enough salt, so you sweet it out and keep a balance.
