Working out Every Other day....?

I have a question for anyone out there in Sparkland.....Is it just as affective if you workout every other day opposed to every day?

Because I find that I stick to it and body not as sore.

    I think it's whatever your personal preference is--maybe once you get used to working out every day you won't be as sore? But if you stick with it that way, then it sounds like a good idea. :)
