1/2 chicken breast, cut into cubes
cooking spray
2 tbsp light sour cream
1 tbsp red curry powder
1/2 cup lettuce
3 slices of tomato
1 "fajita sized" wheat tortilla

Lunch was spaghetti with mushrooms, onions, black olives, squash and zucchini for - 365 cals

Made rice crispy cookies cuz its about that time for TOM to visit. LOL


Took a two day sabbatical cuz my Algebra II class has me on the computer all day everyday every other week! It was nice.
