well today is another work out day and i normally am rip raring to go, but two days ago i almost passed out during my session with my trainer. i had to have a seat on the work out bench for 10 minutes while my trainer went to get me a protein shake. i have never been so embarrassed in my life. however, i was very happy to find out that since i have began my new life journey 5 weeks ago i have lost a total of 12.6 lbs and 10 inches from my chest, arms, waist hips and thighs. Lord, please help me get through this week! emoticon
