I weighed myself today (after nearly 3 months of not tracking) only to realize I have gained most of the weight back I lost earlier this year! What a downer, but I'm really not surprised. How can you expect to make progress when you aren't tracking your goal.
Well I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things. I've gotten back into the habit of listening to my hypnosis CD, I bought a new water bottle last week I really like, and I bought a new swim suit I'm comfortable in so I can do some swimming with the kids. I'm hoping that these steps, along with getting back to tracking everything will help me move forward towards my goals.
Looks like I have some work to do on my page updating my goals and my weight loss plan.
