W3D3 Complete!

Week 3 is done! Now I'm over a third of the way finished with the program- yay! Today was HARD! I don't know what is was, probably TOM-related, but man- I was exhausted. My muscles hurt like crazy and I was just SO TIRED. It kinda sucked. But I pushed through all the running intervals so thats an achievement.

I know I said this last week about week 3, but holy crapola- I don't know HOW I'm gonna do week 4!!! Yikes! Thats a LOT of running. For real.

But I know a lot of you other C25k-ers had similar thoughts and you rocked week 4 so I'm gonna try to remain positive and just wait to see what happens. Maybe I will rock it, too! emoticon

    Way to go!!! You can do it! You will fly through the first three minutes, then just keep pushing through the five minutes. I'm doing W4D2 tomorrow. When I feel like wimping out on the run sections I choose a "landmark" about 30 yards ahead and tell myself I can stop there, but if I'm still breathing ok and not passing out I need to keep going. And so on until the end of the 5 minutes.

    You can do 4! Remember, your muscles will say you cannot before you really cannot. It is a mental thing, push past it.
