Time of the Month!!!

I didn't weigh in this week because it is that time of the month. I knew that I would have water weight gain and I would become discouraged. I realize now that I won't make my goal of an additional 4 lbs off by the end of the month, but, I will at least try for 2 more lbs. It would be 38lbs gone!! I'm finally beginning to receive compliments about my weight loss. I have to stay focused this week on tracking my food and getting to the gym for my workouts!! I don't know why I have been so lazy!!!

    I hear you I am on my week before the period hits, and that's when cramps come in, bloating, and chocolate/sweet cravings.
    I take weighing in on the scale at this time with a grain of salt attitude and just focus on my energy level and fitness level by doing either the push up test or crunch test to see if I am staying consistent or improved.

    Glad to hear the compliments are coming your way. I don't hear much myself but that's okay, I just give myself big thought pep talks and am learning to love myself and the body I am working on.

    If its hot & humid the motivation seems to hang back for me some days, but as you can tell I let the drill instructor in my head scream- GET UP AND MOVE, you can thank me later.

    So, sweetheart get on your feet and make it happen. You can do this just stand up and move forward. emoticon
