Plan for the rest of July

We are traveling home to Florida and I am making a plan for the rest of the month.
I am going to add some pool exercises to my routine 2 days a week.
I am not going to save so many calories for nighttime because I am usually full but eat them anyway.
I am going to eat only if I am hungry not because I saw the food in the refrigerator or on the counter.
I am going to work on my genealogy at least 3 times a week.
I am going to eat more fruits and vegetables. If I am hungry that is what I will eat.
I am going to do some heavy cleaning for 30 minutes each day during the week. It doesn't have to be all at once. It could be in 3 10 minutes segments.
