I just got back from the doctor and I got a perscription. So soon, everything will be good ^_^ No more problems I hope lol.
As for my exercise regimen I have decided on how I will be changing it. I am going to do my martial arts every monday and wednesday night and dancing will be thursdays, either a lesson or one of the practice parties. I will also be going to the gym every monday, wednesday and friday morning, one day a week will be swimming and 2 days will be strength training. Of course, I'm going to be flexible about the days, some days I need the extra sleep in the morning and sometmies I may go on the weekend, but it will still only be 3 days a week. I'm trying to not to overdo it too much while still having some evenings off and weekends as well. Of course when I go to the cottage weekends I will be swimming then as well. So now I have every tuesday and friday evening off, and weekends as well. This will be good as I was getting very frustrated with never having time off for myself. I've gotten quite behind on my house work too so now I'll have some time to catch up on that.
The biggest challenge for me now will be getting up early to go the gym, but once I do I always enjoy being up early, it's just getting out of bed lol.
