Day 2, Tracking all food on Spark

I need to get tough with myself. I have not lost weight in weeks, so for the next 3 weeks, I will track EVERYTHING I eat. It is only the second day, and I am getting used to the process quickly. It does make one start to really think about what goes from hand to mouth.
