I am doing pretty well I think.

Last night i even had McDonald's and stayed below my calorie/fat/sugar levels. I guess eating less really does help.

We're having a company birthday party today at Macaroni Grill, hopefully i can find something with a lot of meat. meat is okay on this diet - sugar is the enemy. Strangely enough i don't really miss sugar all that much. i still have my no sugar added ice cream and that seems to do the trick. now i just have to exercise and get a scale battery.

my pants feel a little better, or maybe its mental, but i feel like I have more energy.
