(do not have a clue of caloric intake on these, so)


Pia! I am sooooo glad to see you and have Deb here with us again! Its great!

I am taking it slow to start out with. Just the stuff I did yesterday has got me sore sore sore! UGH that is horrible isnt it compared to what I used to do, huh Deb? Oh well...point is, I am back and will be back up to what we used to do in no time!
