Stress

I'm trying not to let the stress on my job impact my weight loss efforts! I only have two more weeks until I go on vacation! I don't think that I am going to make my goal of an additional 4 lbs off , but, I still have lost quite a bit. My weigh in this week won't be good because it is that time of the month. It is truly frustrating! If I could lose 2 lbs by July 26th, I would be very happy! I will have to truly kick it in gear in order to make that happen!

    Just work on staying with your healthy habits and the weight will come off. Stop stressing over it and consider doing some down time exercises to help rid you of the work stress.

    Plan for different fitness activities you can do on your vacation and see the time fly by. One step at a time, you'll get there. emoticon
