....but not yet quite able.....

Did well last week on a few fronts - got back to drinking 'enough' water, ditched the wine 4 days out of 7, was a bit more careful with food, tracked a bit....but still, not moving enough....

Still so much change and adjustment going on - in my heart I know that getting back on track with my fitness and nutrition habits will do wonders to bring everything else in focus....so I should get at it already!

This week's goals:

* Drink 8 glasses of water per day
* Log 5 AF days
* Log 120 fitness minutes - 90 cardio, 30 ST (don't laugh! gotta start somewhere ;-)
* Order the flipping treadmill already!
* Track nutrition and see where the cals are at
* Check in with my sparkfriends daily :-)

It's a loose plan, but it's a plan....

    I don't think your plan is loose Mimi. What is there to laugh about at 90mins of cardio 30 ST? My ST is maximum 20 - 30 minutes and my cardio varies from 60 to 90 too - does that mean I'm not doing enough?

    I think you're doing a fabulous job considering the big move and all. And you are so close to that final goal weight (which may need to be adjusted).

    I'm wishing you a fabulous week!
