Starting Over, Again

Well, I am finally back on here after a couple months hiatus. I didn't do as bad as I once thought I may have, but it is time to buckle down and not get distracted any more!

I haven't been horrible. One great feat that I accomplished is that I ran the Bolder Boulder 10K race in Boulder Colorado on Memorial Day. The altitude killed me. I was disappointed because even though I hadn't been doing the sparks, I had kept up going to the gym. The fact that I struggled did a number on my self-esteem and on my motivation.


Well, I am back. And starting over. Again.

    I'm glad that you are back with us. It shows that you are still pretty healthy to run in a 10K race. Despite the physical effects, you still did it and that is a major accomplishment!!! So please don't be so hard on yourself. I look forward to hearing more of your progress in the days to come.
